Human Resource Analyst
Position Overview
Constructing HR Policy, performing Job Analysis, Job Classification, completing applicant processing, job posting, policy support, or instructional design & course facilitation. Additional duties include developing on-board training and a heavy focus on creating and implementing HR Policies.
Other responsibilities include implementation of HR programs, developing and maintaining support tools, assessing training needs, and facilitating training. The Human Resource Analyst will additionally be expected to develop surveys and tabulate results as well as coordinate meetings/off-sites.
Requirements
- High School minimum, BA/BS or MA/MS Preferred
- Five (5) years experience
- Security Clearance Required
- PHR Certification preferred
- SHRM Membership preferred
- HR IC experience preferred
- Ability to work in a very flexible environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple vendors
- Ability to work with senior-level leadership
