Security Solution Lead
Jennifer leads Markon's Security Solution with the responsibility of identifying, standardizing, and delivering industry leading security consulting services for the firm. Ms. Holcomb and her team of security experts is routinely sought after to advise secure government agencies, various federal departments, state, municipal, and commercial clients. Her experience includes anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP) MILCON designs; physical security design and installation; risk, vulnerability, blast, ballistic, intrusion detection, emergency planning, and security gap assessments for critical infrastructure/key resources (CI/KR).
She is a licensed professional civil engineer (PE) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International, and holds the Certified CPTED Designation (CPD) through NICP. An active member of multiple industry organizations, she is also currently a member of the ASCE 59 "Blast Protection of Buildings" Standards Committee and the ASIS technical committee to develop the "Active Assailant: Prevention, Intervention, and Response - Supplement to ANSI/ASIS/SHRM Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention Standard."Jennifer wrote Chapter 7, Security Architecture and Engineering in the ASIS "Physical Security Principles" Book (2015).
