Jennifer currently serves as Vice President in charge of Markon’s Security Solution. She is charged with managing the firm’s security consulting services. She has spent 20 years overseeing complex security missions across the country for state, municipal, federal, and private organizations. She additionally serves on the ASCE 59 "Blast Protection of Buildings" Standards Committee and has served on the ASIS technical committee to update the "Active Assailant: Prevention, Intervention, and Response - Supplement to ANSI/ASIS/SHRM Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention Standard."

She authored Chapter 7, Security Architecture and Engineering in the ASIS Physical Security Principles book (2015) and serves as a Director on the ASIS International Professional Standards Board. She routinely facilitates multiple certification review courses for security professionals both virtually and in-person. As both a senior security professional and project manager, she is routinely sought after to advise, assess, and provide security services to multiple military and federal facilities, state and municipal facilities, and private industry and commercial facilities across the country.

Jennifer is skilled and experienced in developing designs, plans, policies, and procedures for security-related projects in secure and non-secure facilities. Services include anti-terrorism/ force protection (AT/FP) MILCON designs; physical security design and installation; emergency planning; and risk, vulnerability, blast, ballistic, intrusion detection, and security gap assessments for critical infrastructure/ key resources (CI/KR). Jenn is a licensed professional engineer and graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Civil Engineering.
