Markon Holiday Party and Silent Auction Raises over $11,000 for the Fisher House Foundation

Markon’s Annual Holiday Party was held on December 10 at The National Press Club in Washington, DC.  Per tradition, the event featured a Silent Auction and Raffle with all proceeds benefiting the Fisher House Foundation.

Thanks to the generosity of several donors and bidders, we raised over $11,000. A huge thank you to all who participated!

For more than 25 years, The Fisher House Foundation has provided a “home away from home” for families of patients receiving medical care at major military and VA medical centers. These homes offer free, temporary lodging to military and veterans’ families, allowing them to be close to their loved ones during a medical crisis and focus on what’s important—the healing process.
