Markon ranked #11 overall among small businesses and one of the top three government contractors in this category. Rankings are based on employee responses to a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLC. Employees evaluate the company’s benefits, pay, leadership, work-life balance, and other indicators of organizational health.
