Markon was selected to provide Naval Intelligence with strategic workforce planning and program management.
Services include Navy Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) policy and program management, strategic workforce planning and analysis, classification and staffing specialist support, talent development support, and staff manpower and development.
The work is expected to continue through 2018 and is a potential $4 million contract.
