Markon is supporting the on-site Program Management Office (PMO) on a 29-acre secure campus redevelopment involving several high-profile stakeholders.

The Intelligence Community Campus-Bethesda (ICC-B) program’s scale requires coordination with diverse stakeholders, including the United States Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District, providing construction management oversight, the intelligence community, and other federal state and local government organizations.

Markon’s PMO team works directly at the Bethesda construction site supporting the full facilities design and construction life cycle including program/project management, information technology, security, and operations maintenance. PMO project tasks include space analysis, cost estimating, preliminary through final design, design reviews, furniture selection, scheduling, IT design and installation, budget and finance support, contract solicitation development, proposal reviews, construction oversight, project documentation, quality assurance, and project closeout.

“Markon routinely provides exceptional service as the Program Management Office in support of our ICC-B Campus. Your briefings and product deliverables are of the highest caliber and you are continually seeking ways to improve the process.”
