    The Clearing's Power Prime

DSC_0049-700x468The Markon Leadership Development Program (LDP) had another high-energy day of learning with Jen Vanmeter and Elliot Nelson of the Clearing.

We spent much of our time on the Power Prime. This Prime tells us that power is the triangulation of the right shared perspective (core prime, level of perspective), the right shared intent (to be in the Core Prime), and the right coordinated action (redpoint).

The Core prime speaks to context – in order to accomplish extraordinary things, we must have shared agreements. This context can enable or inhibit progress.

We cannot solve our problems alone, no matter our power. We must collaborate to develop long-term answers and the actions we must take to address our concerns.

This month, we look forward to presentations from Leigh and Steve, Matt Dean’s discussion of Markon Magic, and a special guest facilitator in the afternoon!
