Project Controls - Regional Integrated Project Mapping

Regional Integrated Project Mapping is another layer applied to traditional scheduling methodology to allow for geographic mapping of multiple projects over a large campus or base. The tool divides the large area into geographic regions, then geographic regions are further subdivided into labeled work areas. The region and work area coding is added to traditional schedules for conflict resolution of overlapping project sites, access points, and laydown areas. Additionally, it allows greater visibility into project-to-project start-finish relationships within the same work area.
