Kyle Werking

Vice President

Kyle manages all contracts with U.S. Government civilian departments and agencies. He is responsible for client satisfaction, portfolio maturity, and developing new opportunities.

With 15 years of Civilian experience, he has successfully delivered design and construction projects for multiple government agencies. His experience includes serving as the owner’s representative for a 16-acre, $200 million project. 

In the U.S. Army, he served five years as an armor officer. Kyle earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Joey Harrington

Deputy PM/Sustainment Lead

Joey provides project management support at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), supporting the Office of Procurement Policy and Warrant Management Services. This effort includes a re-write of the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), the Department’s supplement to the FAR. Additionally, his team developed a VA Acquisition Manual (VAAM) to provide internal guidance to the acquisition workforce and sustainment support of current policy.

In 2013, Markon recognized Joey for Exceptional Client Service. In the words of one client, Joey Harrington, “carries the entire team on his back, he is our rock.” He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and earned his BS in Ocean Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
