By using this statewide contract, state agencies, institutions, and local governments receive the highest quality of services. The contract was established through competitive sealed bidding, so the procurement work is already done. To procure services, agencies need only issue purchase orders.

Markon Solutions, an Anser Advisory Company, has been awarded the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of General Services (DGS) contract to provide construction project management, move management, schedule management, design, and construction inspection services. George Mason University, Project Management, Construction Inspection, and Quality Assurance
Markon provided Project Inspection Services for George Mason University’s five-year, $120 million Core Campus Capital Construction Project. The plan called for the renovation of Harris Theater as well as the demolition and replacement of Robinson Halls with a new, six-story academic building named Horizon Hall that includes modern classrooms and state-of-the-art technology. -
George Mason University, Project Management Services
The plan calls for an 8-phased, campus-wide modernization of underground chilled water and high-temperature hot water distributions and a new central campus landscaped and hardscaped plaza and the Enslaved People of George Mason Memorial. Markon manages the on-site General Contractor and Design Team and coordinates all work with Facilities Operations and Maintenance and various campus stakeholders. -
Falls Church City, District Court Support Office
Markon was contracted to conduct a security review of the office space and provide recommendations for protecting against an active shooter attack working with the City of Falls Church Police Department.
