Markon’s Recent Employee Feedback Challenge

At Markon, we believe recognition fuels performance and strengthens our culture of accountability. That’s why we recently challenged our team to spotlight progress, celebrate wins, and prioritize meaningful check-ins, all while reinforcing a shared commitment to growth. Over three weeks, teammates logged nearly 100 one-on-one conversations with their managers, shared more than 30 updates, and gave dozens of peer shoutouts. These actions not only helped strengthen team cohesion, but they also reinforced how feedback and reflection drive impact across the organization.
