      Markon Leadership Development Program Meets Once Again with The Clearing

      The second class of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) is underway. Our LDP group includes Scotte MacQueen, Jason Fisher, Julie Husson, Nick Hellman, Chris Stevenson, Ron Shively, Lee White, and Jim Turner. This year we have partnered once again with our friends from The Clearing.

      The purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to increase Markon’s leadership capabilities and develop our emerging leaders. In May, we were led through a session on Self Awareness and Leadership by Jen Vanmeter and Kera Bartlett.

      Topics included Culture, Confusion, Leading, Consensus, Perimeter, Be, Leadership Spectrum, Resolution Principles, Integrity, Shape Shifting, and Request-Command Primes.

      We look forward to another great year of the LDP and are very excited to go even deeper in leadership learning with Jen and The Clearing.
