Markon Leadership Learns about Power from the Clearing

On July 25th, the Markon Leadership Development Program met with The Clearing’s Jen Vanmeter and Matt Lynott who instructed on the topic of  POWER. 

Power is the energy a group uses to get from point A to point B. 

Power includes:

• shared perspective
• shared intent
• coordinated action

Jen and Matt used symbols and references such as, Sources of Power, Blind Men and the Elephant, Big Hat/Little Hat, Core Prime, Right vs. Right, Red Point, and Laggards as an engaging way to teach the concept of POWER to the group.

The LDP continues to be an exciting learning opportunity, and major breakthroughs occur every session.
