Markon Solutions Named a Washington Post Top Workplace for Fifth Consecutive Year

Markon Solutions added another highlight to its 11-year history by being named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces for the fifth year in a row! Markon ranked 25 out of 55 midsize businesses.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured including alignment, execution, and connection.

Markon is a Virginia-based company providing project management services in support of facilities, finance, acquisition, and security programs, in addition to training services. The company has experienced high growth every year since it’s inception in 2007. Even though the company is ever-evolving with new initiatives in preparation for future growth, maintaining a solid company culture remains paramount.

“Being named a Top Workplace five consecutive years is an impressive accomplishment,” states Krissy Goff, Director of Operations at Markon Solutions. “Our commitment to our employees leads to the excellent service we provide our clients. Our employees are what make Markon unique. We are proud of our culture and are humbled that our employees feel such a connection to the organization.”
