Markon provides accurate and meaningful earned value management (EVM) support for the Enterprise Network Management Division to successfully perform its information technology objectives.
Markon successfully developed an interim EVM report to replicate the required government monthly deliverable. This capability was delivered to support mission-critical infrastructure delivery and monitoring. Markon supported this EVM system along with the capital planning and investment control (CPIC) process. Planning support is delivered through a range of activities including providing input for strategic, tactical, and project planning.
