Meet the JY team

President/CEO Josh Glantz

Co-Founder of JY Systems and has been supporting the IC community for 25+ years.

Prior to co-founding JY Systems, he was a technical lead across numerous IC programs at the Ft Meade location. During that time he also served in the Army National Guard and commanded soldiers at various levels.

Vice President Yanina Glantz

Co-founder Yanina began her career in the DoD supporting the Army I2WD programs at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

Yanina has a BA in International Business and Spanish. Her expertise and responsibilities include managing JY System’s growth, client relations, and company human relations.

Chief Financial Officer Cheryl McGuckin

As CFO, Cheryl has 22+ years of experience in commercial services supporting a variety of customers. She has a BS from the College of Health and Human Development at Pennsylvania State University. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting and finance functions, including managerial accounting, corporate financials, and financial management, to drive revenue and margin growth.

Director of Analysts James Hodgins

As Director of the Analysts division, James has 30+ years of experience in the IC. He served in the Air Force in a variety of intelligence analysis disciplines, led Airmen as a Senior NCO, and was an agency subject matter expert prior to joining JY Systems. He has a Master's Degree and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Director of Engineering Lear Kaufman

As Director of the Engineering division, Lear has 32+ years of experience in the software development industry, including more than 20 years in the DoD and Intelligence Community. After graduating from Shippensburg University in 1992, he began his career as a software developer with a focus on database technologies, eventually specializing in database engineering.
