      At another prominent Intelligence Community organization, Markon is supporting the Chief Information Officer with strategic IT initiatives through the provision of enterprise-wide IT support leveraging a PMO model.

      Our PMO meets mission stakeholder needs through the delivery of IT services, applications, tools, and supporting capabilities.

      Our expertise covers cloud migration, big data, cybersecurity, systems architecture, requirements analysis, and participation in development. Markon is also responsible for creating strategic initiatives, establishing policy and governance, and advocating on behalf of the CIO partners to define their IT solutions.

      • Agile Program Management: Define Systems Scopes and Objectives; Analysis of Business User Needs; Application of Technology; Governance and Control; Defining and Tracking Key Performance Indicators; Implementing New Processes; Maintain Master Schedules

      • Systems Engineering: Analyze User IT Requirements and System Architectures; Understand Capability Requirements and Translate to Contractors; Formulate Acquisition Plans and Integration Strategies; Support and Develop Test & Evaluation Systems; Advise on Alternatives and Consider Complications

      • Technical Support: Provide Technical Writing and Create Documentation; Provide SME Knowledge on Cloud Migration, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and Systems Architecture; Analyze Requirements and Participate in Development
