Markon Ambassador Event: Huntsville Team @ TopGolf
Our team in Huntsville, Alabama, got together for an evening of TopGolf! This was a great opportunity to bring everyone out and spark some friendly competition, all while enjoying some good food. This group has some serious contenders for a golf tournament if the opportunity arises.

CMAA Conference Post-Event Blog
Markon recently attended the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Conference in San Francisco, where industry leaders gathered for a collaborative exchange of ideas and insights. Markon Gets Moving Challenge
We recently wrapped up our Markon Gets Moving challenge, a six-week event from September 9 to October 20, designed to keep our team active and connected as we head into the cooler months. With 56 participants logging a total of 2,058 activities, we collectively tallied an impressive 99,972 minutes of movement, including over 40,000 minutes of walking alone! This challenge showcased our team's commitment to wellness and connection—hallmarks of our company culture.
Contract Manager Training
On Thursday, October 24, Markon's contract managers and front office support teams gathered at Markon headquarters in Fall Church, Virginia, for a day dedicated to training and team-building. Our Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Marketing Communications, Finance, Contracts, and Growth functions each introduced their teams and presented their department's mission, services, systems, key processes, policies, and more. The day successfully equipped our contract managers with the latest knowledge and insights to support and enable Markon's client delivery team members. Going forward, this training will occur at least annually, with additional sessions scheduled as needed to integrate teams from acquired firms into our operations or to onboard additional contract managers.
