Joey provides project management support at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), supporting the Office of Procurement Policy and Warrant Management Services. This effort includes a re-write of the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), the Department’s supplement to the FAR. Additionally, his team developed a VA Acquisition Manual (VAAM) to provide internal guidance to the acquisition workforce and sustainment support of current policy.
